According to the Salesforce.com Foundation, the goal of NGO Connect is to “accelerate nonprofit’s ability to deliver more impact.” Built for our modern communication era that regularly leverage social, mobile, and cloud technologies, NGO Connect delivers built-in donor management, event management, and volunteer and relationship management all in one application. Features include:
- Complete picture of funders and supporters including activity history, giving history, programs and events attended, social media and customizable information
- Event management with news, calender, invite and RSVP tracking, seating charts, VIP summary reports and more
- Recruit, track, and manage volunteers and volunteer programs
- More than 250 editable reports and dashboards for real-time analytics and insights
NGO Connect Already Successful
Organizations such as City Year, Girl Scouts of America, and Sierra Club are already seeing success with NGO Connect and more will be coming online in the coming months.
