The big news for nonprofits this week is the announcement of NGO Connect by Salesforce. As the next step in the evolution of their Salesforce1 for Nonprofits innovation plan, Salesforce has introduced a new app designed to connect the many needs of a modern nonprofit organization all under one roof: NGO Connect. Created in partnership with roundCause developers roundCorner, NGO Connect is focused on creating and managing constituent relationships in ways that have been out of reach for many nonprofits.

According to the Salesforce.com Foundation, the goal of NGO Connect is to “accelerate nonprofit’s ability to deliver more impact.” Built for our modern communication era that regularly leverage social, mobile, and cloud technologies, NGO Connect delivers built-in donor management, event management, and volunteer and relationship management all in one application. Complete picture of funders and supporters including activity history, giving history, programs and events attended, social media and customizable information
Event management with news, calender, invite and RSVP tracking, seating charts, VIP summary reports and more
Recruit, track, and manage volunteers and volunteer programs
More than 250 editable reports and dashboards for real-time analytics and insights

NGO Connect Already Successful
